Dr. Lauren Biestek was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She obtained her bachelor's degree in biology and later went on to obtain both her doctorate in chiropractic and her master's degree in nutrition. She has always had a passion for healthcare and helping others, which is why she founded Level Health and Wellness in 2020. During her chiropractic education, she was involved in many student clubs, including the Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA), where she held the role of vice president, Sports Council, where she held the role of treasurer. She also was awarded the Community Service Award, given to show appreciation of her contributions to the Pinellas County area.
